About WashBlaze

About WashBlaze: Car Care People, Not Just a Car Wash

We started WashBlaze for drivers who were tired of rushed washes, vague repair bills and having to visit three different places to look after one car.

Our story

Built by people who love cars and dislike shortcuts

WashBlaze began with a simple frustration. A good wash should not leave swirl marks, an interior clean should not smell of cheap perfume for a week, and a repair estimate should not double once the car is on the lift. Our founders had worked in detailing studios and independent workshops, and they kept seeing the same problem: customers rarely knew what was actually done to their car or why.

So we built a place that works differently. A wash bay where products are chosen for the paint, not the price. A detailing studio where technicians are trained in machine polishing and coatings. And a workshop where mechanics explain findings in plain language and only start work once you approve the quote.

Today the same principle guides every booking, from a thirty-minute express wash to a full engine service: do the job properly, explain it clearly and charge what was agreed.

What we stand for

Four commitments behind every job

Honesty first

We tell you what your car needs and what it does not. If a cheaper service solves the problem, that is the one we recommend.

Craft over speed

We schedule enough time for each job. Quality polishing, coating and mechanical work cannot be rushed, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Care for the car & environment

pH-balanced chemicals, measured water use and responsible disposal of oil, filters and wash residue.

Respect for your time

Confirmed slots, realistic finish times and a call if anything changes, so you can plan your day with confidence.

Wash bay and workshop, working as one team

Having detailers and mechanics side by side changes how a car is looked after. When a detailer cleaning a wheel arch notices a torn CV boot, or a technician polishing a bonnet sees coolant residue, the information goes straight to the workshop. You receive one call, one recommendation and one invoice.

It works the other way too. After brake work or an engine service, the car goes back through the wash bay so greasy fingerprints, brake dust and workshop grime are removed before handover. You collect a car that runs better and looks cared for.

Our team standards

Trained, equipped and held to a written checklist

Every technician completes in-house training before working on customer vehicles, and our checklists are reviewed regularly as products and vehicle technology change.

What to expect

Your first visit with us

Before you arrive

Book by phone, email or the online form. Tell us the make, model and what you would like done. We confirm the slot and an estimated price, and let you know roughly how long the job will take.

While we work

We note existing marks during the check-in walk-around. If anything unexpected comes up, such as a worn brake pad during a wash or a deep scratch that polishing cannot remove, we call you before going further.

When you collect

A team member walks you around the car, explains what was done and answers questions. You receive an itemised invoice and, for repairs, a note of anything worth watching at your next visit.
