What our mechanics handle

Complete mechanical care for everyday vehicles

We work on petrol, diesel and hybrid cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. Parts are sourced to manufacturer specifications, and you are told the options before anything is ordered.

Periodic Service

Oil, filters, fluids and a multi-point inspection at the intervals your manufacturer recommends.

Computer Diagnostics

Scanner fault-code reading, live data checks and a plain-language report on what is wrong.

Brake Repairs

Pads, discs, calipers, brake fluid flush and handbrake adjustment for safe, confident stopping.

Suspension & Steering

Shock absorbers, bushes, ball joints, tie rods and wheel alignment checks.

AC Service

Gas check and recharge, leak detection, cabin filter replacement and vent cleaning.

Battery & Electrical

Battery testing and replacement, alternator and starter checks, lights and wiring faults.

Engine & Cooling

Belts, hoses, radiators, thermostats, water pumps and engine performance problems.

Tyres & Wheels

Fitting, balancing, rotation, puncture repair and tyre condition advice.

Safety systems

Brakes, tyres and suspension are not the place to cut corners

These systems keep your car stable and stop it safely. We measure pad and disc thickness, check fluid condition, inspect hoses and test suspension components for wear, then show you the readings.

If something is close to its limit but not yet unsafe, we tell you how long it is likely to last so you can plan the cost instead of being surprised by it.

Our diagnostic approach

Find the cause, then fix it once

1

Listen to you

We ask when the problem happens, what it sounds or feels like and what has changed recently.

2

Scan & test

Fault codes and live data guide us, but we confirm with physical tests before replacing parts.

3

Explain & quote

You get a clear explanation, photos where helpful and a written quote with options.

4

Repair & verify

We carry out the approved work, then road-test and re-scan to confirm the fault is resolved.

Maintenance guide

A simple maintenance schedule for most cars

Always follow your vehicle handbook first. This general guide covers typical intervals for everyday petrol and diesel cars in mixed driving.

Every 5,000 km

Engine oil and oil filter change (or as your handbook specifies), fluid top-ups, tyre pressures and a visual safety check.

Every 10,000 km

Air filter inspection, cabin filter replacement, brake inspection, tyre rotation and battery health test.

Every 20,000 km

Fuel filter (diesel), spark plug check (petrol), coolant condition, drive belt inspection and wheel alignment check.

Every 40,000 km

Brake fluid replacement, coolant replacement, spark plugs (most petrol engines) and a full suspension inspection.

As advised

Timing belt, gearbox oil and other major items according to manufacturer intervals or condition found at inspection.

Warning signs

When to book a check straight away

Small symptoms often become expensive repairs when ignored. If you notice any of these, book a diagnostic check.
